Cantarella Clima is one of the few certified Vaillant Service Plus partners. The certification was never the problem: the problem was that it had become the primary identity and the Cantarella Clima name came second. Meanwhile the company was already doing more than its name said — not just installation and servicing, but energy efficiency, photovoltaics included.

We restyled the brand and built a new site, with communication that says the same thing on every channel, backed by advertising spend: visual identity and graphics, content, email, photo and video, SEO and a presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

The result: a brand recognised in its own right, with the Vaillant Service Plus certification supporting it rather than covering it and enquiries arriving directly from every channel.
